Database Design & Project Set Up

LMG's database creation is based on a redundant coding process followed by a reconciliation of any differences between the data. This approach offers our clients an extraordinarily high level of data accuracy.

Utilizing years of experience through our own software development, LMG is able to commit to guarantees which are changing today's industry. Unlike existing industry standards, in which coding quality analyses are based upon a small percentage of document batches, LMG reviews every document to guarantee an accuracy level of 99% to 100% of the global population of documents in your project.

Our work cycle is performed by a combination of customized software, highly trained coders and well educated Quality Control staff. The complete cycle is fully logged and tracked by the Coding Manager using customized software to assist in managing the entire process.

We have our custom developed software that allows us to design coding screens and process flows as required. When customizing the input screen, the Project Manager evaluates the coding conventions with the compatibility of the chosen retrieval software. This ensures that the resulting data meets all of your software specifications. All input screens are developed to facilitate optimum speed and accuracy based specifically on the project information to be captured and the types of fields chosen. Edit and validation tables are also customized to match the field's qualifying factors. Below are highlights of our customized database system:
