With a team of Production, Project Managers, Technology/QC Directors, Hardware/Network Administrators and Software Engineers, we can scale our organization to efficiently and professionally deliver a product of superior quality, while decreasing costs. LMG's international coding facility is located in Coimbatore, India. Coimbatore is a city renowned for its technical expertise. With four universities located in this city alone, we have a staff of professionals who are fluent in English and possess an average of over 4 years experience in document coding. LMG has an extremely effective retention program. Every database coder possesses a minimum of an undergraduate college degree, with many of our coders possessing advanced degrees. LMG's international facility employs over 250 full-time database coding professionals. LMG employs only the most qualified employees; we do not employ temporary employees. This allows us to maintain a consistently high quality and high levels of productivity.

Secure Data

While capacity and quality are major factors in the processing of your project, security processes and procedures are equally important to LMG. We monitor and log every movement of your data, from the time it is received to the time the final deliverable is presented.

  • Our data transmissions between the United States and our international facility are done behind firewalled servers on 128-bit SSL encryption mode over secured lines that have complete redundancy. We also offer the ability to set up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) on tunneling mode to ensure 100% security for extremely sensitive data
  • Our coding facilities have two levels of security. Our first level is general building security which only admits authorized personnel to the building with proper identification. Our second level of security consists of security personnel who secure our production floor. This security system is in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • No staff are permitted to leave the production and transmission areas with any media types or data files. Additionally, no computers with access to sensitive data contain any programs or applications that may communicate with a third party. Any and all email is screened by network administrators to ensure that data is secure
